Andromeda DavisWe’ve all had the experience of losing hours–maybe even an entire weekend–to distractions instead of tackling our to-do lists. That’s not necessarily a bad thing; you need time to rest and recharge.
However, if you’re concerned about feeling as though you have wasted time without knowing what happened, keep an eye out for these activities that are especially troublesome for each Zodiac sign.
Aries (March 21-April 19)
Aries is highly competitive and nothing gets their blood pumping like a challenge. If they’re into sports, then game day is basically lost to any other activity. Aries may also get heavily into video gaming or any other hobby with a competitive aspect.
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
Taurus can waste time and money with online shopping. They love fashion and luxury items–especially if they can get a good deal. Taurus would probably be shocked if they ever calculated how much time they spend browsing sales.
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
Gemini always has at least ten tabs open at all times. They get easily distracted by, well, anything. They’re the type to spend hours reading Wikipedia articles or watching one YouTube video after another.
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
Cancer finds it all too easy to get sucked into drama. Whether it’s at home, at work, or even on TV or the news, they can’t resist the alluring turmoil of emotions and juicy gossip.
Leo (July 23-August 22)
Leo would say that no time spent in front of a mirror is truly wasted, but lions use up a lot of their day on fashion, makeup, and other concerns. They’ll spend even more time wondering if other people have noticed how great they look.
Virgo (August 23-September 22)
Virgo might not realize that they have a secret weakness for wasting time on criticizing others. Once Virgo gets on a roll about other people’s perceived incompetence or errors, they’re hard to rein in.
Libra (September 23-October 22)
Libra wastes so much time worrying. They imagine future catastrophes, interrogate every social interaction, and dissect every decision to see if they could have done better by making a different choice.
Scorpio (October 23-November 21)
Scorpio is usually a focused person, but if their energy feels unbalanced they may lose that focus. If that happens, expect to find them plotting revenge–or possibly looking at pictures of cute bunnies. Scorpios are complicated.
Sagittarius (November 22-December 21)
Many Sagittarians will argue that time is a social construct and means nothing anyway. They’ll spend a lot of time telling you about it, actually. And never realize the irony.
Capricorn (December 22-January 19)
Capricorn will tell you that they never waste time. What they don’t realize is that some of their “organizational” tasks are actually secret time wasters.
Aquarius (January 20-February 18)
Aquarius has a tendency to start reading about an issue or news story and just… not stop. You dig deeper and deeper, often fueled by strong emotions, and before you know it a huge chunk of time has passed.
Pisces (February 19-March 20)
Pisces has a real issue with daydreaming. You get lost in your own thoughts–and who can blame you? They’re so much more interesting than real life.
