Born on November 23, Miley is a Sagittarius on the cusp of Scorpio. People born in that window of the Zodiac are often brutally honest, passionate, and intense. Sagittarians are also notoriously hard to pin down in relationships–they’re always searching for the next adventure, and that makes it hard for them to be content with just one person for the long haul.
