Overnight, the moon formed a trine aspect with Pluto in Capricorn. This is a harmonious, but sensitive, aspect. You may have woken up feeling things rather intensely. You may also find yourself delving deep into everyone’s emotions this morning, or feel yourself being drawn to darker, unspoken, or taboo subjects.
Pluto is a planet of transformation; when it backtracks (i.e. retrogrades) it creates space for reflection. This is a great time to slow down and take stock at the personal transformations these past couple of months have brought. Take a hard look at things that need to be released from your life, like unhealthy habits or motivations.
